Our systems have been designed in such a way that, in case of an emergency, the origin of delivered products can be determined within several minutes in order to arrange a 'recall'. Therefore, we fully meet the regulations concerning traceability, as described in the European 'General Food Law' (GFL).

Our quality, safety and environmental standards are subject to regular audits and each Otentic employee is thoroughly trained in safe work practices.
