Terms and conditions

Unless provided otherwise below the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, latest version, including the arbitration clause, as filed by FENEX with the court registry at the District Court in Rotterdam, are applicable to all our orders and activities which exclusively concern the warehousing of property and all other logistic activities like discharging, storing, storage, taking out of stock, order management, order picking, preparing for shipment, loading onto vehicle, repacking and labelling.

Unless provided otherwise below, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, latest version, including the arbitration clause, as filed by FENEX with the court registry at the District Court in Rotterdam, are applicable to all our orders and activities which exclusively concern the forwarding of property and the fulfilment of customs formalities like customs clearance. All of the aforementioned conditions will be supplied upon request. In case we organize transports for you, we arrange these for you as forwarding intermediary. Storage insurance has not been covered by us.
